Hey all - last call - I started this thread because people asked a bunch of "chat" questions during the workshop, and I couldn't get to all of them. So, I was hoping that people could ask their questions here about any particular technique that perhaps wasn't quite clear. If there are any questions, it's probably best to ask them now before the thread falls off the page.

I asked earlier in this thread about recreating your guitar FX chains in X3 Studio. Are the differences between TH2 Producer and TH2 Sonar so great that it would not be feasible or worth my while?

I don't know exactly what's in TH2 Sonar, but can check later on my music computer which modules are used in TH2 Producer. If you have the same modules, you're good to go because all of the other modules are from the Sonitus effects suite.

Could you try downloading the FX chain to see if it loads "as is"? I'd be curious as to what happens.

So here's what I'm using from TH2 Producer in the CA Power Chord FX Chain:

Guitar > FussRace > Splitter > splits into two Rock 64 UK amps, each followed by two cabs (not the IR versions) > TH2 Mixer Pro module.

If you have those modules available, I'll give the settings if the download doesn't work.

I registered when I first saw the promo but being down under couldn't log in when the seminar started.

Look forward to seeing it some time.

Did someone say it is on Youtube?

I really appreciated each little bit/tip, but have to say Audio Snap seems way simpler/easier to use than I imagined it could be! Thanks Craig! Do more!

AudioSnap and ACT are both very deep, however, they both offer the option to be used in a far simpler manner. If you want AudioSnap to quantize an entire track, then it gets more complicated. But if you use it to tweak problems in specific areas, it's quite simple and effective.

Personally, I'm not a huge fan of "quantize everything!" so I appreciate that AudioSnap has an alternate workflow that serves my needs better. Sounds like it might serve yours better as well!

Thanks Dan!

I've been waiting for this. I saw the entire live stream, but I wanted an option to dowmload and save the video, for viewing over and over when I want to. :)

Thanks for sharing it Cakewalk.

@ Craig     I really appreciate seeing how simply it (Audio Snap) could be applied. I have some tracks from clients, who never wanted to spend more to "improve" their demos, which I saw as a way to learn to use it (there is a lot to line up! LOL), but I've been putting it off (the self-tutorial exploration). Now, after watching you do that, it makes complete sense and seems totally manageable. ....and I get to watch you do over and over till I ace it! LOL
I look forward to whatever you do next!

@pghboemike   You're welcome! I figured if I enjoyed it that much, then lots of you here and at DigiFreq (where I also posted it) would, too. What a great time to be a musician/home recordist!
