ive said the same thing.
im curious if it is some kind of disk cache clearing of glitches, witches and ghosts.
 
the more I save, it seems the less I am opt for a random failure. 

Well the implication then would be that something somewhere, a plugin or something, is leaky.

It should also be noted that Sonar crashes when using undo in certain combinations. Saving clears the undo history doesn't it?

From my angle I rarely see Sonar crash even after 8 hours solid use.
