Actually for me was the first time the happen...
I was scoring to picture and I was probably hitting the break/pause key that on my logitech keyboard in portuguese is on top of the "-+ and "+" keys on the numpad that I use to move the picture frame by frame.
It would be nice to have an icon somewhere in sonar that showed this function On and OFF.

Actually I'm glad you posted this thread. I've had this happen a couple times and didn't know why...now I do.
