I have Melodyne Editor and have noticed that when added to a clip as a region FX it doesn't always scroll as the now time marker goes past the screen.  I know that in PRV you have to right click on the ruler after doing some editing to make it auto scroll.
 
But I've tried this in Melodyne and it doesn't work.  Anyone know the trick to make Melodyne auto scroll again?

If I understand your problem, if you have any blobs selected Melodyne won't scroll. I just left click somewhere on the screen to unselect and it scrolls just fine.
