Hello All:
 
I heard from IK today and they said to uninstall all IK plugins and then reinstall them as administrator.  I did and that solved the problem.  What's strange is the problem didn't happen with X2, but only after I installed X3.  Weird.  In a way, Musichoo, my problem was the opposite of yours: X2 was fine X3 was where the problem was.
