Sorry you are having issues.  Can you walk us through exactly what happens please?  Does the program literally crash the moment you open v-vocal?  Do old projects with V-vocal work?

V-Vocal is an integrated part of the Sonar version that it comes with. You have to actually install Sonar. You don't get an option in the Advanced installation menus.
