In this day and age where customer service is sadly an afterthought, Cakewalk continues to deliver A+ service. Over the weekend, I was trying to download the $99.00 loyalty upgrade and the website was having problems. I posted here and within a couple of minutes I had a response from Cakewalk that they were indeed having problems and were working on it. It was fixed shortly after and all went smooth!
Note: This is on a Saturday!
How often I read reports on various blogs about companies taking days, if not weeks and sometimes never to get back to their users. It makes me sad as I remember the days when you filled your car up, the windows were washed and the oil checked.
So anyway, kudos to Cakewalk and as a very long time customer (I used to speak directly with Greg), it's nice to see you haven't lost your mojo.
