Upgraded to X3 and now my T-racks plug-in won't work in either X3 or my old X2.  I've tried resetting the VST's, tried reloading the T-racks and got nothing.   It's an important plug-in for me so any help would be appreciated.

You mentioned having reset the plugins but not whether you rescanned them as you must do that as well.

If you have then a couple of questions.

Does the TRacks plugin show up in the plugin Manager?

If you're selecting the plugin from the browser then make sure you have the default plugin layout selected.

Can you please provide more information?  Which one of their plugins is not working for you?  32-bit?  64-bit?  What is failing?  Error messages?  Windows Event Viewer?

Doesn't it have a standalone option? Does that work?
Is it in the excluded plug-ins?
When it was re-installed was it removed from the registry before re-installing?

Please contact tech support and they can help you troubleshoot it further. Is the plugin not scanning at all?
