  • Download of Sonar X3 is NOT working :( Assistance anyone?

Greetings,
 
I've been a Sonar X2 user for a longish time. Did the upgrade.
 
I have now wasted a day trying to get the download in a workable condition. I've tried all the forum suggestions:
-Different browser, kill browser plugins, Use a download manager/don't use a download mngr.
-Kill Anti-Virus
-Different machines
-7zip extract.......
 
I have tried 6 sessions, Hash tag chk fails, no success in getting a clean downlod....
 
Anyone jumped through these hoops and found a working answer.
 
Any help appreciated.

Not sure of what that could be, is the download speed slower than what you would normally experience from the Cakewalk site? (or even other sites). Do all the different files end with the incorrect HT? Do you often (or even sometimes) experience difficult downloads? (Sometimes I cannot download successfully during high traffic times of the day).
Just asking so as to get a more detailed view of your issue.

You seemed to have jumped through most of the hoops. Whats your internet speed on speedtest.net? Clear your cookies and browser cache and try again. Turn your router off and on as well beforehand. Are you using a proxy? Failing that do you know somebody who can download it for you on a different connection?

Also please check your hard drive space and run chkdsk beforehand.
