Hello scook:
At answer your question the mouse wheel does move the sliders in the console view. No effect in track view.

Is the display set larger than 100% in the Appearance section of the Control Panel? If so, reset it then test the mouse function.

The screen scaling was a guess.

Glad the cause was determined. I run at 125% and the only issue I encountered was a display problem with track pane in the PRV. But there are so many ways to do things in SONAR, there could be other problems I do see because of how I use the app.
