I placed my order and paid through paypal 1.5 hours ago.  Paypal confirm email came through right away.  Still not showing in my orders for download.  It's just sitting in the cart.  Is there a problem with the system today?  How long should it take?  Sorry, impatiently waiting to try all the new toys.

The system won't let me PM him.  Says he has chosen not to receive PM's.

Worked for me. I just set him a link to this thread. FWIW, Ryan's full ID is "Ryan Munnis [Cakewalk]". The easiest way to send the staff a PM is hover over one of their IDs in the sticky posts above and select the "Send a Private Message" option.

I sent a PM to Noel, on your behalf - dunno why your PM to Ryan failed.
 
Hopefully, someone at Cakewalk will get you straightened out without having to wait the whole weekend.

Thanks for the help guys.  4 hours now and still no download.  No reply from PM's.  Hope I don't have to wait until Monday.  Weekends are my recording time.

Over 24 hours.  Still in cart.  No response from anyone.  :-(

Re: PM - I wonder if perhaps you hit one of my test accounts which have weird permission settings. I definitely wouldn't turn off PMs :)
