Beatscape was part of the package either when I purchased Sonar 7 or 8.5.  I have not used their clips in my songs but would like to.  Does anyone know or can you advise about the copyright etc for the clips used if my song is published and released?  Seem unable to find out any information about Beatscape on the internet and don´t want to find myself in trouble!
 
Do you have any suggestions or even better, the answer?????

From the little understanding I have, I believe that all these samples/loops are free to use without worrying about copyright infringement.  
Hopefully, someone with more technical knowledge on this will chime in.

I believe all the Cake loops/sounds etc. are royalty free.  There were several threads over the years and Cake employees have said so.  However, like most loops/samples, that does not include re-sales of the loops.  You can't use them to make another sample collection.  But for music - it would be fairly silly to have them for people to use if the music couldn't include them.
 
If you are really worried about it, ask your entertainment lawyer.
