  • No X3 serial number

Hello Guys:
 
I purchased a copy of X3 last night and tried to install it tonight, however when I went to my store account page to get my serial number none was listed.  I would contact support except they won't help you without a serial number!  Yikes!!  Can someone tell me how I might get my number.  Just as a point of reference, I also noticed that my serial number for X2 had vanished from my account as well!!

If you purchase from the Cakewalk store,the Registration Support e-mail form accepts either Product Serial Number OR Cakewalk Store Order Number.
 
If this does not work, PM one of the Cakewalk staff, probably "Ryan Munnis [Cakewalk]" in this case.

Same thing has happened to me. I couldn't even download anything. So I called this morning and explained everything. They gave me the download but no serial numbers. WTF? now I'm on hold till after the weekend.Great support cakewalk
