After update  from X3C to X3D I was very suprised that when I copy a vocal clip with Melodyne as RegionFX all my edits don't copy with it. Is it a bug of X3D  and what can I do ? Reinstall to X3C and reinstall Melodyne ?

bump!

I have not used Melodyne much as a region FX, but wanted to bump this up to see if others are seeing this. Melodyne released an update a while ago, I am not sure if you have installed that update as well.

Hmmm, I bumped this and it went no where. Trying again.

Melodyne as a RFX is the VERY VERY useful thing. Especially when you do Stars of the bad singers :-) This is much faster and more efficiently than the old way. About my Melodyne... it's up to date. I have Melodyne Editor 2.1.2 (b2) 64bit.  Maybe I made a mistake when installing update I install Melodyne which was contained in the update ?

I seem to recall seeing topics of this nature but not used Melodyne enough recently to see myself. A recent thread had another solution and it seems that one general option for a track with Melodyne is by bouncing rather than copy/paste. Have you tried that?

Of course I did so before, but this is less a fast and efficient way. In X3C I edited vocal clips with Melodyne RFX of first Chorus and then copyed them to next choruses...in the following chorus I could do with slight variations already edit notes.

Dear Eugene,

to find out if you installed another version of Melodyne than the one you already used before the update you can simply go to the "Help" menu in Melodyne's main menu and check the serial number which is shown here. It should be:
''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''
Yes. Serial number is the same like here.

If that is the case, the error with the copy of the vocal track is most likely a new issue, that was caused by the update of Sonar.

Yes. As I expected - it's a new issue of X3D update :-(((((

They are open I'm getting emails from them. Anyway if you can give me specific steps to reproduce from a brand new project I'm happy to attempt to validate the issue.
