Nice drifty mood Bats, I like that almost hip-hop beat and the bass groove. A hint of Yes, a little Steely Dan as Manny mentioned. Lush guitar tones throughout, quite a deceptively detailed mix, I imagine a lot of work to get it sounding as nice as this.

yea, that's kinda how this thing started.....
the bass groove is a little more jazzy..... but the beats were straight hip hop way back when i first programmed it into this cheezy little drum machine (Zoom123)
but i liked the Lo-Fi sound of it, and kept it.
there are a LOT of guitar tones!! heheh, kinda like a smorgasborg, but all clean tones.
the actual tracking was FAST.
but the mixing took forever.
just because i experimented so much.
but if you boil it all down,
and just took the faders all down,
and brought them back up,
it'd pretty much be the same
