I'm just wondering  when upgrading from X2 to X3 if there is new content in the 3 loops and one shots?
 
IF not,I don't see why I should run the installation programs.
 
I thought about the same question for the install of Dimensions and its expansion packs. 
 
Again, if there is no change to these items I would look to instaall them
