1:30pm: started a video course on Lynda.com on how to improve your focus
1:40pm: couldn't get past the way the guy's mouth moves when he talks. Irritating
1:41pm: ditched the course

Maybe you should try this great course I have on avoiding procrastination?  I've had it for a few years now, but haven't gotten around to trying it out yet...
