Ok, in the end I just called them and got it sorted. (Andrew from CW: I received your PM, thanks; unfortunately I'm not allowed to reply to PMs. Just FYI, I had to confirm that I had indeed purchased the different products -- had ordered them using different email addresses, they needed to be sure all were mine. All's well that ends well, touch wood).

Just wanted to follow up that we did end up receiving the emails. You were right, technical glitch on our end. It's resolved now. Glad it all got sorted out in the end!

Thanks for letting me know, Ryan. Though had it been a yahoomail glitch I would not have been surprised. Anyway, I look forward to getting to grips with X3.
