THAT must be why I have so much trouble with Border Patrol letting me into the States!

Portland is too much into the punk dress thing to consider nekkid anything. 

It's probably the nekkid bike ride from the Niagara Falls border TO Portland that they have a problem with...

There is a Hood to Coast and Portland to Coast ... that sometimes offers an idea of a nude or two, but otherwise ... if it was to happen, it would likely be in Eugene, no? This way there is less media around it ... and they will do it around Noti and places like that so there won't be many churches or viewers to see it?

To properly screw with someone's mind, it's always best to use accurate sentences.  "Strummy" is a proper noun and, therefore, should be capitalized.  Plus, you are implying possession, which means there should be an accent between "Strummy" and the "s."  Finally, there's no need for any spacing prior to a period that ends a sentence.
