Alex, I think this is what happens when you change the tempo from 88 bpm to 95 bpm without expecting any change to occur.  You may have just answered the question you posed in your thread about changing the tempo.  Surely, X3E will solve this dilemma ;)

I'd prefer you answer here with a link to another thread wherein that links back to the original thread and in that thread link to the answer here. If you don't make the noobies work for it they may think they can just show up with a question willy nilly and get an answer.
