one little thing....NOW time cursor

when I record or playback...the now line/cursor moves about two clicks and then stops. It does not follow the song but the song continues to play. starts at 1:01:000 and the line stops at 1:01:581. How do I unlock that?

thanks Scook...didn't help. there is something that is locking it and it stops at 1:01:581 every time. Checked the markers but there aren't any selected. I am stumped. Any other ideas?
