What isn't on that list? It's also got well over 45 compressors (T-Racks and VBC do not count as one compressor).

It seems like that article was put together to garner page hits and not much else.

Not knocking the CA-2A BTW, just the list of every compressor plugin under the sun masquerading as a "best of".

It's a nice list of quality compressors. Good to see the CA-2A on there.

Think of any comps not on the list. LOL
 

For what it's worth, I think the Cakewalk CA-2A is an awesome compressor. I have the Waves CLA Compressors and several others on that list. For me, the CA-2A gets a lot of use.
In fact, the CA-2A, the Waves Renaissance comp, and the CLA stuff is practically all I seem to end up using nowadays.
I wish I had a way of putting the Waves stuff in the Pro Channel. That would be handy. 

Huh same here. I enjoy trying others but those are my staples. Plus often the Kramer PIE on the drum bus and the NI Solid Series SSL bus comp on the master.
