Voxengo Span analyser can also show multi-channels (different tracks) but a proper routing is needed.

How can I do this in Sonar X3 Studio?
 

Found it by myself.
I'hd only installed the VST3 Version of Voxengo Span.
I've also tried now the VST2 Version. With the VST2 Version the plugin offers additional inputs which i can use as a send destination. By this the multi-channel feature works.
The same "strange" VST3 behaviour is also with SPAN in Tracktion 5(which has some more strange thinks, but thats not the topic here). So maybe its the problem of the Span plugin and not Sonar, can anybody confirm?
