Yes, coping the Hollywood Edge FX folders from the multisamples and programs and refreshing the program browser will get the sounds back into DimPro. The library should also available for installation from the SONAR 8.3  Additional Content disk. 32 or 64bit does not matter, the samples and programs are the same.
