Your situation seems like the patch file you have was not downloaded (or possibly installed) correctly. The first thing I would recommend is
re-downloading the X3d patch and reapplying it (right click and run as administrator). Be sure the patch you use is for the version you have.
Also please verify that the MD5 hash on the file you downloaded matches what is on that page (at the bottom and re-posted here).
For the Producer Edition - (I am assuming PE = Producer Edition)
(Approx. 626.98 MB, MD5: efa084312df8232e31549804b3fec384 )I personally use a program called "FastSum" to verify the MD5 hashes, but there are others available. The MD5 hash is a "thumbprint" of the file to ensure what you have in your machine matches the file on the server you got it from. If you happen to still have the X3d patch on your machine, you can also verify the MD5 hash of it to check.
