I would recommend a Yamaha DTXpress IV.  Pads are great, has a ride and 2 crashes.  2 of the 3 cymbols have 3 area triggers.  The HH mounts on a real HH stand and is very responsive to variations.  I have used mine for recording audio and MIDI, live gigs and many hours of use over 3 years now and love it.  I think I paid $1500 and upgraded to a double kick and a different HH stand.  They might be cheaper now.
