Hi,
 
Has anyone else found this problem?
 
Since I purchased and registered SONAR X3, I've had a link in my Store which allows me to download the Groove 3 tutorials (this is the free offer that they made for anyone purchasing or upgrading in February).
 
Unfortunately, I can't get any joy from the links - just error messages and dead-ends...
 
I have contacted Cakewalk directly for help (no replies yet) but I wondered if anyone else has encountered this?

For me, there are 2 links: the one above all licenses gives the error. But the one INSIDE SONAR X3 Download page was working fine.

What do you mean by "INSIDE SONAR X3 Download page"?
Is this a location on the Cakewalk website or something that got installed on my DAW?
I'm on a different PC right now so if it's the latter then I'll have a closer look tonight...

It is still inside "My account" on www.store.cakewalk.com
There is "Free SONAR X3 Explained video" in "Free Offer" table. It does not work.
 
But if you go into "Download" link for your "SONAR X3 Producer" (inside "My Registered Products" table, just after "Serial"/"RegCode" for X3), you should see "Groove_3-SONAR_X3_Explainded.zip" (the last one in the list, after all X3/DimPro/XLN).

Thanks again Azslow, but I don't have download links for any of my registered products - maybe that's because I bought a boxed product and installed from DVDs rather than an online version (?)
 
I do have a separate link that came in a different mail (when I was struggling to register because the redemption code was not working correctly) - it's a different link to:    Groove_3-SONAR_X3_Explained.zip
 
But this doesn't work either.
 
I'll pursue the Cakewalk support line and see what happens...

I'm still waiting for a response from Cakewalk after sending two requests for assistance regarding my Groove 3 download.
