  • Hey! Where did my Synth Rack go??

I opened up a project in the latest SPLAT and was greeted with an dialog that said something to the effect of "did I want to open a new audio track"  which I tried to dismiss and after a few seconds went away on its own.  Then when my project loaded up I was greeted to insanely loud gawdawful screeching that almost made me soil my didies.  I shut off my speakers and found that the noise was coming from a single synth track and muted it and then everything seemed to be back to normal.  Figured I'd replace that synth just to be safe but guess what?  No, go on, guess.  I discovered I don't have a synth rack anymore to delete it from.  No more synth rack icon in the browser...nor anywhere else for that matter.  Where or where has it gone?

PS:  This has been one heck of an update.  Sheesh.

No, they are not there but they are always the last place you look.

That's what my studies have shown.

I like to keep looking for about a minute or so in case I missed something.

I made a key binding for Ctrl+Shift+S, "A".
I still think this synth rack 'new feature' is a clunky retrograde step and in no way can be described as progress.
