My first course at UCSB was a Theater Literature for the 1800's or something like that and I had to write a paper on Strindberg. I got a B+ from the class ... but the professor said ... you have great ideas, if you only knew how to write them!
 
That ought to tell you the problems I had with English! And that was 12 years after coming to America, only knowing a couple of words ... "hello" and "yankee"!
