sorry my english is not my main language.
but my problem is: i would like to put the volume of my track at -15,7.
but instead,  sonar gives me -15,6 -16.0 and -16,4     they go by 0,4.
i tried to start it from the 0.0, from -INF and from the max 6.0. 
sometimes it works but not now. 
is there a way, except by automation to reach -15,7 -15,8 etc ? all 
that sucks lol

Try holding down the SHIFT key when adjusting the volume

Hold down the " shift key "  when adjusting ( moving ) the level ( track fader )
then it will " fine " adjust the level, works on knobs of some plugins and other stuff too
