I put the code in but it says this offer can not be combined with any other offer.
 
Does the discount apply to that product?
 
Also it shows paypal, can I use bill me later through paypal?

OK, there was an old code in there that I didn't see.
 
I deleted everything and started over and the discount is there now: $126.65
