I upgraded to Studio but cant download my free Groove3 Videos. When I click the download link on my store account i get this message! :/

I am not aware that there is a current offer for free Groove3 videos? (there was one a long while back).
Might have to contact Cake for that one.

its a current promotion with any purchase of sonar, its on their webpage.

I had the same thing during the Groove 2. Told Cake multiple times, never got resolved. One of the very few things they haven't been helpful with by the way.

Hm, thats very disappointing! The free offer was a selling point for me.

Try contacting Groove 3 direct. I had the X1 tutorials in my cake account but they weren't showing up in my G3 account. I flicked G3 a message asking why and once I'd given proof of my purchase, ie the details from my cake account they duly gave me access. Hope you get it sorted.

I took advantage of the offer for producer. The video download is in the main download via the link for studio/producer. The link for the video doesn't work for me too.

What do you mean with "in the main download via the link for studio/producer". I bought Sonar via Steam maybe therefore I didnt get a link?
