I've purchased sonar x3 studio but having a difficult time trying to get my plugins from kontakt (native instruments) is anyone also having this problem? I'm still new at all of this but it seemed to work on the basic model of sonar LE . Any help would be great.

Did you get your answer? I use Kontakt in Sonar all the time. If I can help, let me know exactly what your issue is.

Thank you Dave and Scook. I've been away for a couple of weeks so I do apologize for the late response. Every thing is up and running. Now, if I can only figure out what is causing my midi notes to stick when they are played back. I'm working with a tech in Boston and got some responses from the cakewalk forum. hope it works . I seem to think its the sustain pedal midi msg is not triggering off as fast as it should, but we will see.

Glad to hear things are better. Hope you get "unstuck"!

Great news. it turns out it was my M- audio interface causing all this mess. after doing some investigating and changing cables, keyboards, and some help from fellow musicians on the form, it turns out that my M-audio could not keep up so I've picked up the Tascam US-1800  with 16 in's and 4 outs. works great. no sticking notes,
