I'm beta testing X4 on a Mac.  It's not quite ready for prime time, but it's pretty awesome.  
No boot camp, full compatibility with Mac OS.   Also has revamped time/pitch stretching (no audiosnap).  
All pro channel modules are now available as vsts, and my Mackie C4 FINALLY sees/controls them.  There is no longer anything weird about take lanes, and the software comes with a live pony.

I am not upgrading to X4 until they issue a patch for X3 to fix the long standing bug where Sonar does not make coffee. I have heard that Reaper makes a mean cappuccino!

I heard X4 sucks so I'm waiting for X5 so I can record at 768/128!  I can't make a decent record until I have at least THAT kind of quality!!!

Pro Audio for DOS was always fun.

I want that pony[so I can teach it tricks-like clean up my room]!
 
There's more stuff one would like to teach it and it's not what you think![I'll wait for apples "minority report" mini first.....if it doesn't get too violent,i.ebuggy].

Hmmmmmn, X4 already![well it was unfortunate enough that i mention I
iwanted a Haswell mac mini uuugghh,so I'm now guessing the coffee'll,sorry bapu,"cappuccino" is on me!],seems like X3 was last week!and X2..........what am I supposed to do with all this boxed "unsellable" DVDrom SW?
