Often enough, I hit the "F" keyboard instead of the "G" (shortcut), which i use all the time.  I finally figured out what I was doing :-)  The results are not pretty.

Is there an undue last screen layout command or an undue "F".  Sure I can un-assign the "F" key.  But then I'll hit the "H" :-)

View Undo (zoom)
ALT+Z

I believe this undo your last view / also holding down the left mouse button while clicking the right mouse button at the same time undo a zoom view and possibly a fit all tracks to view, which is what your doing when you hit "F".

If you mean the tracks in the track view expand then you can hit CTRL+(up arrow) and they will collapse back.

I never knew the solution Charlie suggested. I'll have to make a mental note of it and try it the next time I encounter the same thing.

All you need to do is go into the preference menu and change the Keybinds for one of them

Simple solution: change key.

(sorry; couldn't resist)
