I'm a FF fan, too, but there's no way I'd pronounce Pro-R my new go-to reverb without even hearing it first!

Of course, I'm thinking ahead of my self. I am looking for a go to reverb that is actually really good. This may be it

I have a lot of great reverbs, but I'm not very great at using them. :/

I'm curious. What did you find most impressive? The presentation itself certainly was, as are all of Dan's productions.

I like the early/late dual-EQ concept, but beyond that I couldn't identify anything that other reverbs can't do. I'll reserve judgement until I've had a chance to demo it myself, but for the moment I'm not feeling the enthusiasm everyone else is expressing.

First of all, everything FabFilter has the best GUI in my opinion and seeing a reverb with a FabFiltered layout is very appealing to me. It sounds really nice in the video and considering my list of reverbs (I must add the Tsar-1R to that) this looks like a big step up ;)

The Decay Rate EQ looks awesome! That's probably what I am most curious about - besides the effect it self of course. I can't wait to demo this thing.

It's just a reverb, how interesting can it be, but considering what I have, this really intrigues me ;)

Just shut up and take my money already!

Last month, Dan W sold me a box of nail holes.  I regret nothing.

For me, it was the depth control (maybe it was called distance?).  Notice that there seemed to be zero explicit control over early reflections.  Instead, there appears to be a algorithm that adjusts early reflection content appropriately as to whether you want things up front or in the rear.  Introducing varying depth when using a conventional reverb is somewhat of an art.  Pro-R takes all the guesswork out - anybody can easily get the results, assuming it works as advertised.  Given that this is Fab Filter we're talking about, that is almost a certainty.
