I just checked my Account and see the following available downloads for the purchase of Music Creator Touch Via Cakewalk online estore, so does that mean "Steam" offered the additional content packs?:

The Loopmasters_Dubstep_and_Tech_Pack.exe  is not bundled with SONAR. I could not find an exact match for the product name so I am guessing it is a custom collection of Loopmaster samples created for MC6T.
