OK - so something in your computer is causing massive latency spikes, which are interfering with Sonar's ability to properly process your audio.
1. Is your computer a laptop? If so, you may well have to literally disable the Wi-Fi adapter in device manager, unless it has a switch to literally turn it off.
2. There should be additional information in the results of running LatencyMon. Please provide that info, including system information and more info on the measurements it took.
3. When I referred to 'green drives', I was asking if your hard drives allow variable spin speeds, otherwise known as 'green drives'. These kind of hard drives support spinning at different speeds, and frequently cause issues with Sonar. So, please list the exact model of any hard drives present on your computer.
4. What antivirus software do you have present on this computer? I ask because some of them can interfere with audio processing, such as what Sonar does.
5. There may also be other background services that don't need to be running while Sonar is active. I am running Windows 8, which has a Resource Monitor accessible through the Task Manager. I do not recall what Windows 7 has. Some of that info should be visible through the LatencyMon measurements.
Let's start with the above - I will look for your reply.
