its not really "hacking" im sure it could work on xp.
maybe sonar is hacking us by forcing us to buy windows 7 or 8 :P :)
im sure many of XP users would be reallllllllllllllly pleased if someone would find a "hacking" solution to make it work :) like X2 still working on xp when they say its not.

I am out of this thread.

Non-supported OS, non-responsive poster, I suspect this to be a non-purchased set of files, as well.

No, we just want our customers on operating systems that take advantage of modern hardware and one that is supported by Microsoft.

There are Microsoft dependencies for X3 that have no Windows XP counterparts. Even if you somehow got it to launch, it would crash when performing certain functions.

Maybe Microsoft is not supporting your operating system from April...

Even if they somehow got it running on XP after purchase, they would be ineligible for Technical Support. Negating one of the main reasons for purchasing the software in the first place.

FWIW: I pretty sure that Microsoft is ending XP support this month, the 17th sticks in my mind but not sure. You might want to consider an upgrade at this point.

Sure sounds like a non-starter to me. This probably explains why so much software these days specifies Windows 7/8.
