Hold up - this guy is trying to use some other process than the normal install, to get X3d to run on a 32-bit install of Windows XP.
Multiple folks have indicated this is not ever going to work, and the Cakewalk staff has explicitly indicated that this would never be supported, nor do they want anyone doing this.
The original poster pretty much indicated he was going to continue to try, despite the above.
Why is anyone continuing to participate in this thread?
This thread should just dry up and go away.
