Hi,

I was trying to find he Dimension Pro help files and realized they are missing from my installation.  I checked the Cakewalk\Dimension LE\Documentation folder and everything seems to be there - is there any difference between LE and Pro documentation that I should be aware of?

Thanks the link provided is chm file but no pdf file - tbh I'd prefer the pdf version - would you know where the equivalent pdf is located?

IIRC, there is only one set of documents for DimPro and DimPro LE. The pdf in the LE directory should say so on one of the first few pages. I did not copy the original DimPro installation files when moving to a new machine a few years back so I only have what ships with the download v1.5. There was a pdf version of the help file included with the original version years ago and an actual hard copy User Guide with the disk.

OK fine, thanks for that - was really wanting to find out if there is a search option to search for programs by keyword, like to list all the programs that include the keyword "Wah" and etc,..

Anyway doesn't seem to be..

Cheers

I search for DimPro and Rapture programs by opening the Programs directory "C:\ProgramData\Cakewalk\Dimension Pro\Progams" or "C:\ProgramData\Cakewalk\Rapture\Programs" and use the the Windows search function. Alternately, create a list of the program names. Here is a post about it.

Yeah I thought the same but seems it would be better if it were built into the design of the product rather than using windows file explorer - hopefully ver 2 will include a feature like that...

Just wondering now if you can drag the programs from explorer and drop them into dimpro... chances are that it probably doesn't and then again.

Try it, DnD from the Windows Explorer works for me.
