Edit -> Preferences -> Folder Locations
and  Edit -> Preferences -> Audio Data (inc use per project setting).
and if you are feeling particularly brave, bundle files*
 
 
* Apparently unreliable although I note nobody has come up with any issue yet with X3D or maybe even X3.

But given that Sonar likes to store segments of a project in all sorts of different areas -- especially audio segments -- I would just as soon that all these areas are someplace other than C:

No it doesnt! SONAR stores all my audio where i tell it to and that is my E: Audio Drive.
 
Your problem, if your seeing this, is that you do not have it set up to save it all on one Drive.
