Try this - go to Sonar Preferences>Project>MIDI and remove the check box for Zero Controllers When Play Stops, then click Apply.

Thx! Now zebra works fine in VST3 mode. But what does this setting mean? Do I have some other disadvantages now?

Well, removing that check box will just leave volume pedals and mod wheels and such at whatever they were set to at the point of stopping playback.  I have never had any issues with that, as this one project was the only time I have faced that issue, AND this setting is project-specific, so there is little chance of impacting much of anything.
