In the window that popped up this morning when I created a Melodyne region to edit, it said there's a new update for Studio 4
-  v4.1.0.001
but it says you must reinstall Melodyne. I don't want to do anymore than I have to, so...
Is installing the update going to take care of it, or do I have to reinstall my Melodyne all together? I'm probably just paranoid! LOL
Sometimes I read too much into things and (to quote Steve Martin) "word usements"!

Worked like a regular update for me.
 
Downloaded my personal update zip
Unzipped into a folder
Ran the setup
Opened a project in SONAR
Launched Region FX > Melodyne > Create on a clip
New Melodyne loaded the clip
 
Checked the stand alone version number.
 
All OK

wow just updated to v4.1.0.001 - this seems a massive and major improvement - just been playing around with a strummed guitar part and the results were quick, immediate and very impressive - so far seems very stable
