can anyone confirm this fixed with kirnu cream? tia

I'm not familiar with Kirnu Cream so I just checked it out. They mention in addition to being a VST plugin, that it is also a MIDI FX plugin. AFAIC, MFX plugins didn't suffer from this bug (MusicLab SlicyDrummer, for instance), so is it possible to use it as an MFX plugin in Sonar? Even if you can though, I think its functionality might be limited by the MFX spec. But as a workaround until you can get on X3d maybe?
 
I did notice the Kirnu Cream forum on KVR mentions the Sonar bug multiple times.

well I'm not at the box x1d is on right now, and your sig doesn't show on my phone, but it's a q6600/8g/win7x64/3HDs the audio interface is a esi wavetrrminal 192m hw wise, solid workhorse, software being all the usual stuff, music only, all updated, blah
