A very basic Q regarding the TH2 full upgrade, so my apologies
 
How do I download the TH2 full upgrade at Overloud - the only relevant download option for the full upgrade $279.00 is the "Buy Now" option  
 
I know it's probably a very basic Q - but I don't want to make a hash of this download
 
Any help most welcome

Where have you purchased the product? If it's the Cake Store you should see serials and download instructions in the download area. Normally you just log into Overlouds site and download it.

If you've bought the upgrade from the cakewalk store, you will get email from Cakewalk with a link to the download file. As Alex said serial number in you cakewalk customers account. Info all provided when you go to upgrade.

Yes I did buy the upgrade from Cakewalk and have the serial number in my Cakewalk account but I don't appear to have received an email with the Overloud download link
 
I only bought the upgrade on Friday so maybe something has gone wrong with the email
 
However, if I'm still getting the download procedure wrong could you let me know

Check your store account. There should be a link to an "Overloud TH2 download instructions.rtf" document. The document contains the link to the Overloud site.
