Some other yellow exclamations for internet explorer, and some security issues, as I have turned off those apps, and some services....and internet, while windows Live wants to do something but can't....without the connection to the internet.

If I use the internet, the nic card causes issues with the Allen and Heath driver..(A & L suggest highly to turn off any Nic cards )...and issues arise when I do use it...

I see a problem with bitbridge,,,rewire and other yellow markings of warnings in the event view....mostly because I have turned off a lot of win apps and third party ones that auto update....I believe.

Thanks for the help... X2a was working ok...not perfectly...but I was able to open all projects with it, that were made with it....after installing x3c this is no longer the case with some....I have not checked all...and I only checked a few of the old, with the new..none of them opened , and crashed the software...and those are suspect now as not being able to open in any.....

CPU Spikes...tweaking of os done to stop it or reduce it.
Clicks Pops and drop outs...Played with buffers and a crash occurred while trying to change that in Sonar...through the preferences ... I had to reboot change the buffer in the mixer applet, and then start Sonar X3c and to make sure the changes were made in Preferences...can't remember what I did back then completely, But it worked in some form, to get one session recorded....and...maxed out buffer ...9600khz/4096 to stop the noise issue.......yAH THINK?....Any hoot..moving backwards , I have read here on these forums, when rendering, to reduce hangs of the software, (which I have experienced also...Turn down the buffers...Does this reintroduce noise to the file being rendered?

And if there is a tweak or a device someone sees out of whack, that  is causing my wows...Please advise, and thanks.
Again no 32 bit plugins are used at this point in time...I have used a 64 bit sasquatch Plug on one track..in the last x2a project...all other projects that do not open only use sonar plugins that are on the pro channel strip or added Bverb.

robert_e_bone
Well, error Exception code: 0xc0000005 is due to an Access Violation - looks like a problem with privileges/permissions.  My guess is you are not launching the application with the 'Run As Administrator' option, and quite possibly did not explicitly launch the Sonar installation process with that option explicitly specified either.

Your Acid is also failing with the same error message - this looks like a 32-bit Acid install?

Please detail exactly how you installed Sonar, Acid, and FL Studio, with regard to Run As Administrator.

Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Shared Utilities\BitBridge.exe
Faulting module path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Image-Line\FL Studio 11\FLEngine.dll

How do you have Sonar's BitBridge and FL Studio connected?  (see the above).  And again, BitBridge exists for 32-bit applications to run in a 64-bit host.

I believe that your system is likely a jumbled mess at this point - and I do not mean that in a bust your chops kind of way - I just think it may be in shamble.

I look forward to getting more information from you, so we can get you back up and running normally.

Bob Bone

Sir Les
Well let see, it all started back when I was...installing the os...as I am the admin of that process, and have not made any other user to the system...I am the admin...and so I have all the rights I would imagine...a admin gets, as being the only one who uses this system.

My admin rights should default to the only user being Sir Les....no login, no networks..etc.

I may have turned this feature off?....I'll go check after a few words with you.

Acid Pro 7 is a 32 bit software...it runs, but has always had a issue on this system.
And others...So I never really expect much more from it...and is why I am seeking a 64bit app to do with the OS...I also Have Propeller head stuff installed and I may move to that soon.

Also have Protools 11 being tested on another system...So that one will take tips and tricks from this if need be.

So if it is admin related...I may just have to turn on a service?...or.... do I have to right click the Icon and set to run as admin?....or both?...and in the right order might be rewarding....

I do not like to log in to my machines....and so I have been very careful not to activate that process....way to many passwords to recount...wait, I have another bottle left....

Ok...Lead me to bliss oh Great one.

Admin rights....check...what do I do for that?...I believe I right clicked the Icon and set it up on installation...but I may be wrong....As it was a rush to see what was new and improved suggestion to fix my other issues..

So is that right?
2013/11/28 18:48:28
Sir Les

Oh thanks for helping out....As it is some things were installed, but never tried out...and some things were installed but were too buggy to use...and removed

Bitbridge?....I think that got installed with FL Studio 11, which I do not use at the moment but is installed, and I should get to that after spring break.  I tried it out, and it seemed to work with the demo song...and my mixer...So it stayed.
I have Propellerhead Reason which I believe installed rewire....haven't bent my head on that either...but it works with my mixer with their demos.

ACID Pro 7 and SONY SOUND FORGE 10 , Vagas 9.0 Which I love to use...will always be on my drive.

Eastwest Play and three libraries
Engine 2 and one library

All Libraries are on a external USB drive.
 Sibelius 6
Autoscore Photo score Lite.

and some other nero 12 and 10 apps for burning media

and a blueray player.
Quick time
firefox
adobe reader 11 which wants to update only after I turn off the internet...for some strange reason.
ccleaner and SSOFTSANDRA and something else some one told me to install to post up info...

things work well as basic functioning of the system...it is only when I try to use Audio midi software...It just seems pops clicks and anomalies rule the day...ever since ever was for me...and my choices.

..I removed Protools 9.3, and the focusrite Pro 40 months ago...And in that light of hope to gain 8 more inputs, I bought the Allen and Heath mixer, and  ...put in SSD Drive for C: Drive and tried to move a ISO over to the ssd which failed sevral times...So I just reinstalled win 7 64bit and what was working semi well, with some other apps...with out all the admin stuff setup....Is this wrong?.,,Been so busy building my studio, and troubleshooting and tweaking and asking questions, with mead and berries....I did not suspect this at this point in time...I did not setup Bitbridge, I know nothing about it yet...Still working on Sonar...

I think I SHOULD WIPE IT ALL OUT....

I tried the delete Aud.ini...no luck there.

Sir Les
found this tidbit

What Causes Errors? There's actually a number of reasons why these annoying errors happen, but the most common are caused by new programs getting installed on top of older programs before the older versions are completely removed.  So x1 and some updates, then x2 and a update, then x3c all installed over eachother....means CRASH? I got a program that claims to fix these errors...not sure about it, and because I am now using my music system for internet...I will hold off, and I need to scan it...so I have to turn on some security virus thingy.... Any words of instruction?

If we can fix Acid Pro 7 also..and the sony line...I would be over joyed....Cause that stuff rocks my boat....LOL
2013/11/28 20:51:38

Hmm it appears you are or were running a web server (IIS) ? A bit odd. Regardless enable it again in add/remove windows components, follow the instructions in error message above, then remove it. Also looks like you need to remove or patch (check site for patches) acidpro.
2013/11/28 20:55:59
Splat
Also remove or patch FL studio (rewire?)
2013/11/28 21:00:24
Splat
Same again with Sony Vegas Pro. If it was me I would remove all these apps. Once sonar is stable I would attempt reinstall one by one with patches.
2013/11/28 21:05:28
Splat
The other (cleaner) alternative is to do a wipe of windows partition and do a complete reinstall without those apps that are crashing. Then do a full backup. Then one by one try and get those apps working by patching or updating them. If they still crash sadly you will just need to remove them and find an alternative solution. Wipe it, strip it down, build it back up. Try to avoid 'performance' tweaking until your are fully stable for a few months at least, and if it aint broke don't fix it IMHO.

And when was the last time you did a full virus scan and chkdsk?

FYI deleting AUD.INI isn't going to do much here the issues are pretty clear (possible I may have missed something as I scanned this with my cellphone, second pair of eyes required).
