My go to reverbs are still the Lexicons, even with the Valhallas. For drums, I still use a lot of Perfectspace, I'm trying to switch to ReMatrix, but I'm just not in love with it. Recently bought Reverberate and will try using that in my next mix...

I tried the demo for Exponential Audio's Nimbus when it was first released in Sept, and bought it about an hour later. It's my current goto verb for all my symphonic / hybrid stuff. Really nice...

I get you Zo, waiting for the FG-Stress myself. Not really into VerbSuite, although that one does emulate a realm of verbs.
But this Pro-R, it does the FabFilter thing so well, combining great sound with a wonderful GUI, giving me the feeling I'm actually using a musical instrument, not just a plugin.

True , i could see myself using it in sound design ...but instinctif instend tweaking , nope at all ... it reminds me my beloved ssl duende xverb , super powerfull , exellent sound , but i never use it for that exact reason i stated before ....when inspiration kicks in , time the key

When I first heard of this I thought, "meh..." I skipped both the gate and Saturn for this reaction but....
After watching Worrel I now think, "yummy"

You'd have to "undertsand" McQ to know why.

I really tested it , in fact , i opened all my reverb to test versus the fabfilter , and said to myself , why not finally try the slate .....big mistake lol

For real i love fabfilter , and even the price ( i have edu discount) is incitative , but to me like i said in another thread
Fabfilter : nordic blonde cold beautyfull woman
Verbsuite : meditarenean savage brune beauty

This the way i see it lol
