Friends, moderators, please help! Mn is necessary to solve the problem with the online purchase SONAR X3. I bought it, the money transferred, and a download link is not received. Nobody on my support request does not meet! In Facebook posts removed! This is really a problem! Please email me with any of Cakewalk to address my question. It's not cheating? Try going to your Cakewalk Store Account, and if the transaction completed, I believe you should see the download info, as well as your serial number, there.
 
IF that does not work, then send a Private Message (PM) to one of the Cakewalk staff - perhaps Ryan Munnis, in which you paste in your order information and payment confirmation, and I would imagine he will either straighten it out or will have someone else there straighten it out.
 
Welcome to the X3 family - they will get it fixed up for you.
 
You can look near the top of this forum, for the permanent thread titled How to Contact Cakewalk Directly, and you will see a link for Ryan Munnis as the last poster for that thread.  Hover your mouse over his name/link, and you will see an option to send him a Private Message (PM).

Try calling support. In the US it is free (and even here in Canada I've somehow managed to get through to support toll free... which is weird). Even if you have to pay some long distance charges it shouldn't be that much if you keep it quick and ask them to email you with further instructions. Every time I've called I've usually gotten someone on the line in under five minutes so even if you are overseas it shouldn't cost too much.
 
The  customer support number is in the How to Contact link bob mentioned. Do not use the Technical support number for these types of questions.

Yes, it should be available, but it is not in my account. First time I have a problem. Previously always link appeared instantly after payment. But now 2 days have passed.
