Yes, I did not get a message from Cakewalk after payment.  Always got, but this time it is not received, although the payment was successful. Thank you very much for your help! I will wait for the message from Ryan. With respect to you ....

@Atsuko - Back in the mid-1990's, I was fortunate enough to play basketball in Brazil, Rio, San Paulo, Florianopolis, Blumenau, etc.
 
LOVED Brazil - had a blast.

I hope you get this sorted out as quickly as possible - please don't get too mad, some glitch must have happened, and they will work it out with you.  They are all good guys.

All I did was send a note to the Cakewalk folks for you - if they can get you up and going, the thanks can go to them for stepping in and getting it fixed.

I HOPE that someone of the three senior folks at Cakewalk that were contacted has gotten back to you, or that they will by the end of the weekend.
 
I supplied your forum name, as well as the permalink to this thread, and sent it to Noel, Andrew, and Ryan, so hopefully one of them is on it - among the zillion other things they are accountable for.  :)
 
PLEASE post back as soon as you get resolution to this.
